Coconut shell activated carbon

Activated carbon coconut shell ( or Activated charcoal from coconut husk) is a form of carbon made from coconut shell which is activated through water steam carbonization at 1000oC in an inert atmosphere.

The casual size of carbon are: 6×12 mesh, 5×10 mesh, 4×8 mesh. However, depending on requirement and uses, other sizes could be made.

Due to small in sizes and great surface area, each sizes of carbon can obsorb the great amount of dirt and impurities inside their microporocity structure. The smaller it gets, the more it can obsorb the molecules in gas and liquid environment.
